Bluetooth audio - track info

Hi all
I finally managed to get the Bluetooth audio working so I can listen to music on my phone through the HU.
One small issue - when the music first starts the track info appears on the screen but then seems to get stuck - the music keeps playing fine but the info on the screen doesn't change.
Anyone else experience this? Is this a known issue?

Also - I don't have the full postcode mapping in my HU - do I recall reading something about an opc upgrade you can pay for that will give me this?
