PM problem again

That normally occurs when the sender has the post open and the recipient tries to open it.
Is it possible that the sender had sent it but then opened it for review
whilst you were attempting to open it?
If you are having a pm conversation with someone this can often occur whilst you are to'ing and fro'ing.
