Fixes for Tiptronic oil leaks

If your car has leaks as in pict 1 then if your lucky you can remove the gearbox mount , remove the x2 center bolts in the plate and remove it .

It will probably be full of fluid .

Remove the 5 - 6 bolts along the base .. clean them ( degreaser / brake cleaner ) apply gasket sealent / silicone sealent for want of a better word to the threads of the bolts and wind back in.

It can be this simple to fix this fault .

If not the following pictures show the gasket or both gaskets that need replacing .

It can just about be done in situe but like the job here there was an AOS to do a a few other items so it was cost effective to have it all done at the same time and drop the engine .
