PORSCHE 993 CARRERA 3.8
£65,995
Registration: 1996/P

Mileage: 137,000

Colour: Basalt Black

Interior: Marble grey

History: Full Service History

This Carrera 2 was supplied by AFN Chiswick on the 6th September 1996. Since then the car has been maintained by Porsche dealer and respected Porsche specialists throughout. The car was first serviced by us in 2013 where upon the car went through an extensive program of works. The engine had a full rebuild from a 3.6 to a 3.8 including GT3 crankshaft, Custom Arrow rods, Mahle 3.8 barrell & piston set up, mechanical rocker arm and shaft tappet modification, Super Cup custom camshafts, Varioram stripped clean and rebuilt plus all gaskets, seals and bearings. The car was then set up by Chipwizzards to achieve 330bhp. Following these works the gearbox was also rebuilt with the inclusion of a LSD and any other parts required. The car runs on Bilstein coilovers with a 993 RS geometry ride height and set up so is at home both on road and track. The total investment into this 993 easily runs past £50,000, making the final car stunning value for money. The car has just been serviced and MOT'd by ourselves to ensure it is fit and ready to be enjoyed by the next owner.

The history file includes MOT's back to 2000, Hundreds of invoices for the works carried out along with routine service items, Two service booklets (first booklet full of stamps!). Along with the history are 2 keys, Porsche booklets and a variety of the standard parts.

Yep that's the real deal, you can keep your low mileage garage queens I'd take something like that everyday. The sad fact is most people will probably overlook it as it doesn't provide the right investment opportunity

Super spec. :thumb:

Nice upgrades - nearly there myself......well except the engine and gearbox build.

RS performance with the good looks of a Carrera.....

Liking that... some well chosen upgrades that will make a standard looking 993 go rather well. :bandit:

Well priced considering the investment IMO.

Very nice indeed. Just got the engine work to do on mine now!

Love it

Very nice spec! 8)

Small observation: the advert states:
"The car runs on Bilstein coilovers with a 993 RS geometry ride height"

However, the pic looks more like M033/Sport when you compare the arch gap with a genuine RS:

It does look a little high compared with my own RS ride height Bilsteins, however I imagine just a small error on RPM's part and i'm sure can be forgiven for that stonking engine and mod list. :thumb:

If you're going to use all the power ie on a track then fair enough.

However this car has a limited buyer market as it's a Carrera that's been messed with so for investment (given we're talking 993  ) you'd be better going balls deep and sinking your dough in a 993S :bandit:

Mileage will put a lot off. End of
