996 thromm thromm noise at idle

Hi all

I have a new to me 996 Tiptronic S. Early 2001 3.2l 130k miles. Has retrofit IMS and the usual bits done.

I've noticed a thromm thromm noise at idle - still there is air con / fan are off and also if car is in drive or park. It goes away with revs in park. It's a low frequency/ deep sounds, a bit faster than once a second.

Any thoughts please? Is this normal belt related noise?
