The Cxx codes are country codes for special equipment that pertain to that country.
the Dxx code is a year specific group option that combines several separate option codes.
the group options generally have a letter as the first character that will change from year to year, then the next two characters define the group code. it is difficult to determine what each group option consists of.

example of group option D15 for 1970 witch appears to be an appearance group contains:
058:- rubber buffers on bumper horns
565 - leather steering wheel
568 - coloured windows
976 - chrome wheels 5,5x15
to determine what options D24 contains you need to carefully list all the options you can find on the car, then deduct the options that are listed on the code sticker; what is left over will be options in D24.
