Strut removal question

I'm planning to replace the 2 diagonal struts that extend out from the
main cross member towards the front of the car as they're pretty corroded.

It looks like they are used to manage loads when the car is on the move
so should just come off without any drama while the car is on axle stands.

Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Do you mean those at the rear? if so; they have a bolt at each end and a rubber bush in the middle.
(mine were also rusty)
