On eBay now £13500 lowest price for a forum member- great car with so much potential and drives fruitlessly.

For sale is my 996 911 carrera 2, 3.4L 6 speed manual.
95k miles with full service history (all Porsche or Porsche specialist).
Key specification from factory:
Genuine factory aero kit
M030 sport suspension
18" technology wheels
Traction control
PCM1 with on board computer
Sat nav
Built in telephone
Limited slip differential
Cruise control
Hard back sports seats
Sun roof
My car is HPI clear and in good general condition for age/ mileage with only 5 keepers (although one of these was the dealer I bought it from). It has had the addition of a clear light kit done by Porsche with receipt. Loads of receipts for work over the years and have all the original books and documentation. Mot until February 2019 and still in regular use.
Within the 3.5 years I have owned it I have replaced the following:
Spark plugs
Coil packs
Auxiliary drive belt
Water pump
Thermostat
Discs & pads

Within the last 6 months I have replaced the following:
Clutch
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch release arm and bearing
RMS
Air oil separator
fuel filter
gearbox oil
gear shifter (ssk)

In addition to the above the car has had a genuine Porsche replacement ( austausch or "AT") engine which benefits from being a post 2005 build which incorporates the latest 3 cam chain design and largest style 997 intermediate shaft and bearing (no potential IMS failures with this car). Despite asking Porsche I do not know the date or reason for the engine swap -they will not tell me as I was not the owner at the time. I do have photos to prove though & as with all Factory exchange engines it has "AT" in the engine number and log book is correct.

If you do not know about porsche AT replacment engines see here:

The car is not perfect and will require some work to make it mint but nothing major and I have reflected this in the price already (try and find another aero kitted car with this spec or engine).
I am not desperate to sell and am very tempted to keep it, therefore the price is firm. No part exchanges please I'm not a dealer and don't want another car.
Car will not be released until funds are cleared.

If you would like to know more then give me a call (always happy to discuss Porsches as I am an enthusiast).

I get very poor mobile reception at work so if i miss your call please leave a message and I will get back to you.

Why not place a free classified advert, with pics, on here.

Details are on the left hand side of the screen and it's free.

Good luck, that's a considerable spend over the last few years.
Best of luck with the sale. :D

Yea I was planning on it being a keeper so didn't mind spending money and had great plans for it - but several things mean it would make sense to sell, but honestly if it doesn't I may put it in storage (have access to a place) and get it back out in a year or so.

Funnily enough my mate is do ing just this with his c4s but for at least 2years
