Hi all

My 996 is getting a suspension refresh and it will be -10/15mm lower.

I live in London and there are no shortage of speed bumps. In fact the other day I caught my MX-5 NC (lowered -30mm) on Eibach springs going into a M&S car park. I think it sounded worse than it actually was.

This is recommended by Carnewal for lowered cars.

Does anyone have one on their 996 and would you recommend it?

Thanks in advance.

Given the relatively short overhang of the rear, I can't really see why you'd need this on the road. You'll catch the exhaust tips first, most likely.

The front is vulnerable, but I would say the rear much, much less. If your engine bottoms out, you would surely have absolutely smashed the front end first.
