Can't say I like this as much as the 996.1 version with the Fuchs and Pasha interior, although this has had engine work.

I'd say the more retro complete 996.1 looks better but that's personal opinion. Not mad keen on the stripes, or the price!

Have I missed something?
Apart from a few bolt on bits and half an engine job, what would make this £37k? :dont know:

Looks really nice and sharp though - and 996 prices are on the up

its modified, hence now totally worthless :floor:
but honestly, come on, it's got a few bolt on parts some stripes and a polish.
23-26K tops imo or has the world gone mad ??? :dont know:

I hope it gets £37k as it will mean a get out of jail free if mine ever needs a rebuild... :D

4S CSR anyone?

I want to like it... but I just don't.

I think I would like it more with a GT3 wing...

Can't see its worth as much as a 997.2....

I like it. Although I like the 996.1 versions more. Then again they're clearly not for everyone, but it would be boring if we were all the same. or all our cars were standard OEM spec!

I think with the prices of higher mileage 996's where they are at the moment it opens up the option of doing some modifications to make them more focussed without destroying anything that will have any intrinsic value as an investment vehicle.

This is a cheap one. The last one they had for as pre-owned was listed at £42k.

Does it say CSR on the Log book ?

No - that would only happen if they manufactured the car from new like RUF.

Then its a 996 with some bits and bobs added.

I think Ill call my 997, hmmm now let me see... a CSRTT. Yep that sounds great. 100k anyone!!

My thoughts exactly. I tend to tinker with my cars a bit, quite often to a greater extent than on that one. Wrap all the mods up under a single a title and perhaps I can make a 996 MC.
