Hi,
Can a Ctek be connected to a 997.2 via the cigarette lighter socket ?

Or does it need to be via the battery terminals ?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

The door can be closed and car locked whilst on the ctek also.
:)

Magic919 please elaborate :floor: :floor: :floor:

Yeah i have mine connected through the cigarette lighter no problems.

Yep and route the cable to pop out just in front of the door mirror :thumb:

Yes but the 12v socket in the passenger footwell. I tried the one in the centre console and it didn't work in my car

Have used centre console/ashtray one in mine for 6 years and been fine.

I don't doubt footwell would work also though. What it won't do is run e.g. a tyre compressor as it's 7.5A (I think) fused.
