Clear anodizing outer rims

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can shed any light of anodizing 3 piece outer rims.
I read a while ago that this was a common process for a durable finish on 993 rs speedline wheels.

Currently I am in the process of refurbing my tramont cup wheels with the centers and rear barrels being done in powder coat finish. Does anyone have any info on what is a durable finish the rims?
