964 door quarter window replacement?

had a stone ping off the mirror and smashed the quarter door window on sunday- has anyone replaced them themselves - looks a fairly easy job providing I buy new seals- anyone any advice?!

Yep, as easy as it looks. I would recommend getting a new door membrane from OPC whilst you're at it as it will get ripped.
