Rear light alignment

Hi all - I need some advice please.

The rear left light on my 997 does not align to the bumper as well as I would like. The right light aligns much better. Close up pictures of both are below - I've circled the area which is bugging me no end.

I've had a couple of indies look at this and there seems to be no problem with the housings behind the light, but no one is able to correct it. Could it be the bumper which is causing the trouble?

Any advice / solutions much appreciated.

Thanks

Looks fine to me. All the lines of the lights/ bumper and decklid look spot on.

Seek therapy :thumb:

Have a little look yourself - the rear light is only held in place with 2 Torx drive screws that are easily accessible either side with the engine cover lifted.

The front of the light hooks in place and the two rear screws secure it. They allow for adjustment and you will find if you loosen them both off that you can move the light around in quite a few different planes until you get it to where you want it!

Thanks guys. I have tried everything (except the therapy but maybe I'll consider that now also).

Are there any bodyshops anyone can recommend, esp 997 specialists?

The only thing I can suggest is pick up another used rear bumper try it and if it lines up ok then your bumper has warped or something :?:
