Are you are talking about the Black one on eBay at the minute :?

If you are then it went for £65,300 a couple of weeks ago and relisted again.

I think that there is a bit of dodgy bidding going on as it jumped £15k in one hit on Saturday

Would be great to own but would need some pic's/report of the damage and who fixed it etc

:thumb:

Damn I was in at upto £50k !!

Over that its a lot of money for a CAT C no matter what it is !!

:bandit:

Same person that bid £65,136.00 last timeonly bid £61,000 this time...

...but was just outbid yet again

Don't you just love eBay

I'm gonna put £1 on it being relisted again :thumb:

How much would 'lightly damaged' count as in 2011? I'd imagine light damage being a D not a C. It must of been near totalled to make it a C.

Just looks scruffy for some reason? Wouldn't buy a cat C, strength has gone & it will never drive right & be a nightmare to sell on (as the current chancer is finding out!)

not necessarily.

considering how bespoke many of the parts are on a GT2 and how rare they are and lots of composite parts you can quickly run up a bill that would be more than half the cost of the car to repair.

what were they new? £100k?

value in 2011 maybe £60k as they have doubled in the last 5 years.

all you need was a £30k bill in 2011 for repairs and no insurer would be happy with that one. front bumper is like £5-6k unpainted!

Exactly, write off percentage in 2011 given the cost of new parts might have been front and side panel damage only. In 2017 you could quite easily go above £80K worth of damage and it would still be Insurance repaired and never registered.
