Gearbox code

The 6th digit being a 2 denotes that it has an LSD fitted.

The serial number (the last 6 digits) is fairly low suggesting that it would be from a 996.1 so a 3.4.
 
With any luck you have a refreshed LSD in there then?!

Yep, plus at resale it will probably be valued higher even if worn out. Manual + cable throttle + M030 + LSD = purest carrera.
