I'll soon be ordering a set of these, expensive I know but I don't want to be using a trolley jack and stands with the 911 out on my drive and they raise the car higher than ramps as well

When you get it up and running would you be able to write a little thread on it with pics and your experience of using it?
I'd like your feedback on it as one of these is on my shortlist for my garage along with a mid rise scissor lift like the one below.

Will do, I met a guy in the 996 FB Owners Group at Simply Porsche who lives in the USA and uses them for his car and it was he (and the fact that I then visited the importer in Alton, Hants to have a look at them) that got me wanting a set.
The two main reasons these suit me better than any of the scissor lift solutions is that 1) I can only work outside on my drive which has a 5% downward slope (Quickjack limit is 7%) and 2) they are relatively easy to store flat up against a wall which I don't think any of the scissor lifts can.
I should be ordering the Quickjack before the end of this month and will try to do some pics and a write up some time after that.

I love the idea of it but it just looks like it would go sideways pretty easily? The footprint width is a bit narrow?

Nice find, that is an excellent price. You might get that for £850.
So tempted to put an offer in but I have other stuff to do first around the house.

Congrats, Peter. I'm really pleased for you. :thumb:
I look forward to an update thread when you get to grips with it. That's a hell of a good price as well.
