Afternoon All,

Looking at 18" wheel options to fill the arches properly and really like the look of the black centred Fuchs. Two Qs

Does anyone have these?
What wheels do people have outside of the Turbo style wheels that they really like?

Cheers

Nick

Cargraphics 3 piece split rims look pretty good.

Very nice indeed

It's always amazed me that such a great Tuner like Ruf use boat anchors for the majority of their cars.
Great design, just too heavy.

Here's the ultimate 993 Wheel Thread that will scramble your brain with options: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/234106-who-has-coolest-wheels-on-their-993-a.html

Speedline RS or Daytona & BBS Le Mans are hard to beat if going the split rim route and MY02 & Gemballa Le Mans for the single piece route IMO.

Each to their own but I think Fuchs are best left to pre 89 G Series 911's.
The 964 & 993 suit a more modern or Motorsport orientated wheel IMO.

Yeah I had always thought the same but I really like the 18s with the black centres. Will no doubt spend months pondering and then go for something completely different!

I do have to say that it is hard not to like the Fuchs style on a 993, much as I agree they suit older models better.

I've always like the 997 MY02 wheels. They look pretty classic now and I think the 993 can wear them very well indeed. Plus easier to clean than pretty much any other wheel!

On paper the perfect wheel. Strong, manufactured by BBS for Porsche, Light, 18" for aesthetics and very easy to clean inside & out. :thumb:
