3.6 rear bumper on 3.4

I've seen a few 3.4's on various forums with the facelifts rear bumper on so assume it's a straight swap
 
I think you'll need different exhaust tips as they need to be longer to sit properly in the recess.
 
Still don't get it why ???

I believe the 996.2 redesigned profile reduces rear end lift as well as looking different, seems a good enough reason to me...
