Check Engine Light and very lumpy running.

I am having the car take to the local OPC I suspect coil packs.

Anyone know how much coil pack replacement will cost me?[/code]

Possibly coil pack(s), bad luck.
Out of interest, why OPC over good local indie with OEM parts?

Last year while my 997.1 was in for new condensers OPC highlighted 2 cracked coil packs that would need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Said Porsche recommend that if changing 1 you change all 6. I recall the estimate was in the region of £500.

Thanks guys now posting re local indie

Set if coil packs is £150 and takes about half an hour to change if the car is on a ramp. Don't let them rip you off for £500!!!

I bought Beru coil packs from ECP which are original fit net by Porsche they came to around £130, not a major job to change them.
