numberplate bracket kit

looking to source the nylon expanding nuts that attach to the front bumper where you then screw the font numberplates to......I don't even know what they are called......its a 8.5 mm hole in the front of my 76 912

or if anybody knows of a numberplate bracket kit that is available..........all I've got on my front valance is the two square shaped holes...seen this on pelican parts if anyone knows of anything that would fit
