Hi having the RS lwf and clutch fitted next week and solid gearbox mount / gearbox oil and full service. Anything else worth changing whilst the transmission is out ? Thx

Golden rod and short shift kit, if you don't already have them. May be worth replacing the brake line that become accessible when the engine and transmission are out.

ERP slave eases cramp in your left leg.

RS engine mounts if you don't already have,

MPL slave

Have a good clean up under there, if engine is out detail the bay, inc new sound proofing if damaged or remove if you're going that direction (some do).

Trev.

Got the engine mounts and RS shifter just hope that RSR Porsche in Hampshire know what their doing they seem to have a good Rep. might the ecu remapping afterwards as it's non vario but been told you can drive round the issue. :D :)

When you say 'drive round the issue' are you referring to the engine stall horror stories that have been bandied about on Rennlist and elsewhere?

If so, I can put your mind at rest, I had the RS LWF and clutch placed around 18 months ago at Ninemeister in Warrington and have had zero problems with engine stalling.
