What's the best way to get the 18" Speedline look for my car...refurbed set, or fakes from eBay such as these?

Pro's and con's of the Veloce Speedlines?
 
is yours a NB?
my understanding is the veloce rims are a bit heavy, and need to be kept pristine as they can suffer with corrosion if not.
