Don't go of the price......but Linas is very good at what he does....
 
I tried one of those off eBay. Sent 3 different ones as each one didn't fit properly then got my money back

The handbrake leather section comes off, it needs a good twist and it pulls off. You can then send it awayq to be re-covered. Ask worth trying Jack at Royal Steering Wheels, his work is very good and a lot of people on here have used him to re-trim steering wheels, including myself. He is based in Aylesbury.
