My wife has promised to buy me a new engine for Christmas but it is quite expensive and I am aware running without air filtration is not good and I am not impressed with the exhaust it looks a bit naff and there must be better exhausts out there life is too short to worry about money - if I get one should I change it?

Did you not get the six tiny foam inserts for the intake trumpets?

£600k and that's all the exhaust it needs

Can I not just put a K&N induction kit or something on it then?
I do realise of course it would need modifying a little to fit.

To be quite honest, and keeping to the RS theme, I'd suggest fitting a full VarioRam intake :thumb:

Just another point as this is an air cooled engine will it actually fit into my 996 I suppose if I actually manage to fit it the reduced weight should give me a power increase shouldn`t it? :driving:
