Just copied from ph pos for ease.
The garage is to store a car or two at a push but i also want to put some sports stuff in like a punch bag and pull up bar plus a desk with a few monitors on and if it fits an old 50inch TV i have(its probably not going to be as roomy as I'm thinking 4.6x5.5 roughly). It's going to be plastered and painted but I'm not sure on the flooring. If it was just for a car id use a tile which would be best for the plastered wall as then easy to put skirting board round to finish but as i want to train in there the floor will get wet and then too slippy to move around the bag. A duramat type product maybe my best solution? I could do with one that fits from wall to wall so i could put skirting on top of it. I could just leave the concrete floor but after plastering and painting to me wont look or feel finished.

Anyone used something similar that buts right up to the wall without leaving the grooves?

I've just done my garage and had the same quandary, what to do with the floor. If it's cement you are going to get dust unless it's absolutely perfectly polished, plus it's going to be very cold.
So I bought this flooring off 'Plasfloor', they are based in Birmingham. Their web site is dead easy to use and you can make up any design colour etc etc.
My floor is about 28 sq mtrs and it cost about £600 delivered.
It's a doodle to install and I left a gap of about 3-4 mm round the edges, I made sure the tiles were warm when I laid them, put them in the sun for a few hours!
They are about 4mm thick and 200 mm sq.
I'm very very happy with them, only small problem is they tend to buckle when you park a hot car on them, exhaust-cats etc, but they soon go back to shape. I've spilled water on them and it doesn't go through the joints.
I will try and put up some pics later on.

How do you get the car through those french windows? :D

I ended up tiling and roller shutter door in anthracite as is glass door that I can see through from house, I'm really pleased with it, big enough to get my RR in and open boot. I'll post some photos when turbos back and in as it's a mess currently while I sort out storage stuff.

Im hopefully picking up the car from GT-one later but i thought id get some photos up. Ive spent a lot of time/money renovating the house and building the garage, i love it but wish id made it another 1-2m longer so i could have plenty of room for seating at the end, still have room but not enough for the two person sofa.

That sir is seriously f ing cool! Such a awesome setup. I'd have to fit a remote switch to turn the lights on so it can be viewed from the house. Or have the lights timer controlled with a photocell. Epic truly epic

Those tyres are seriously good......
