Heating elements in rear screen

Hi all,

I have noticed 2 of the heating elements are not working in my 997. Are they an easy repair (the silver glue type paint) or is it a new rear screen?

Hoping you folks have had experience in fixing the issue rather than having to replace the rear windscreen...
 
Can you see the breaks? As long as there isn't a wide gap in between the breaks, bridging them with a conductive paint is possible.

Use fine line masking otherwise it'll look pants.
