I've done a search but can't find anything - do any of you use a car cover and if so which one do you have. The cars kept in a garage but it's a concrete garage and it gets full of condensation which in turn leaves awful sort of calcium deposits all over the car so I want to get a cover to stop this

I use 'Specialised Covers' just google them .. Great product , like a fleece jacket for your car .... A bit pricey but top quality cover......I would recommend them.....

IMO the best cover available. And I've had OEM covers in the past.

I have a Porsche indoor cover from OPC. Is fleece lined on inside. Is breathable and splash proof. Fits very snugly and keeps the dust and light drips off. Keeps UV light off. And offers minor protection from bumps and scratches. Was £180 all inc. after PCGB 10% member discount.

ClassicAdditions super stretch indoor car cover for me, fantastic cover at a great price. Their website is down so not sure if they are still a viable option

How about a Carcoon?

(when I first heard of these a totally thought it was something else  )

Excellent thanks chaps. In doing my research surprisingly Halfords covers seem to have a very good reputation - I assume there's a massive leap in quality with these covers, so is it worth paying the extra? I don't mind shelling out good money as long as it's for a quality product.

Carcoon isn't an option unfortunately Alex as there's no power.

I have used Stormforce covers, not to bad as a middle range 4 layer cover.

Can be used in and outdoor, only two things any small holes will get bigger and the covers shrink a bit as well.

It depends what you want from it. If it's just in a garage then really it's a dust cover.one guy on here has made a cover from sheets I think! If there's people moving around in there (like me) then you want protection from bumps. The Specialised is scratch resistant.

It's literally just to stop the condensation dripping onto the car and leaving limescale type deposits on the bodywork. It's a real pita to get rid of and looks terrible
