Winding noise from rear? (video)

Winding noise or windy noise - that's all I can hear in the vid.
 
Do you mean the creaky noise at low speed, at the beginning?
 
yes it's a creaking noise that to me sounds like it is winding tightly round and round - I've changed the wheels and the sound remains.

Anyone ever encountered it?
 
No, it's the noise at the start of the video which continues through parts. It is not wind or the road surface.
 
I would try jacking up the wheel and turn it, see if you can track the source of the noise, but sorry its not an issue I've had.

Creaky wheel bearing is all I can think off, but only because it reminds me of the noise a dry bike bottom bracket bearing makes.
