Just a quick first post to say Howdy. After a long long search finally found the 993 for me, and she arrived last week.

Ocean Blue, grey interior, Carrera 4 with 125k on the clock.

Sourced her from Specialist Cars of Malton, must say the service has been great, a big thank you to both John and Mark for looking after me and more importantly my new baby.

Must say the love affair didn't get off to a great start when she didn't start last Monday morning and I had to leave her at home all week. A new battery sorted that out with John giving morale and financial support from Yorkshire.

Took her round Rockingham Raceway yesterday to get a feel for how she handles which was a blast, next step is to get some lessons and how to go round properly.

Anyway that's all for now, now to try and post a picture. (okay completly failed, will have to try again at the weekend)

Cheers
Bob

Thanks for the warm welcome chaps.

Oldnbold I live in Herts (Harpenden). I'm lucky enough to have access to Rockingham through work.

SlainteMhath993 whereabouts are you in Herts.

Having read Jonntt (sp) I have already ordered new key heads and shinny new wheel centres.
