New 991.1 Carrera S - last of the old

After looking for a used 991 Carrera S manual in basalt black with black interior I'm considering going for a new one if I can find a dealer who still has a spec changeable build slot available for the last of the 'old' normally aspirated cars.

Was thinking of the following spec:

Carrera S in Jet Black metallic with black leather
Manual (I want to drive it - I know PDK can change quicker than me!)
Carrera Classic wheels (think these look great with the red S calipers)
Coloured wheel centers
Sports Chrono
Rev counter dial in black (rather than the standard grey rev counter)
Park distance front and rear (could cope with just rear)
Heated seats (more for the other half than me)
Sport design steering wheel
Sport design mirrors (not 100% on these as quite like the standard ones too)
Stainless steel 'Carrera S' door shuts
Bose stereo upgrade

If anyone has a 2013 onwards black manual S they are thinking of selling then please let me know. Otherwise I'm going to call around the dealer network to see if anyone has a build slot available and hopefully go the new route.

Any input on my spec?

I suggest getting the Porsche Sport Exhaust and sports seats.
If you want a drivers car these are more important than the colour of the wheel centres and tacho in my humble opinion.

The PSE is well worth it, I have owned 2*991 S and my present one a 991 4GTS. They all have had PSE and is well worth it.

Manual and no pse is going to make the car a pain in the ass to sell on.

as others have said I would add PSE, 18 way seats and full leather.

But 65 yo 70k will get a nice used one if I was going new I would want a GTS.

i'd suggest you drive a manual 991
the gear lever is far to high
too many gears and not a nice gear change

PDK is quicker, more economical and can change gear faster than you can

make sure you have a Sport design paddle shift steering wheel

PDK is definitely the way to go

i can't imagine a scenario where i would buy a manual 991 in the foreseeable future,

although an OPC salesman would probably tell you they sell really quickly, because he has one and your the only person they have interested in it!

If you are set on buying manual
then i would strongly advise to make the spec very sporting for resale time, there may be someone out there who's set on the old theory that a sports car must be manual
so he'd be looking for
sports seats
sports exhaust
sports chrono,
X51 power kit
possibly an aerokit
glass sunroof
alloy gear lever
but a sporty rather than a luxury spec

Financially i think you'd you'd be better off putting £70k into a second hand car
theres less depreciation in the next 3 years in my white car

than putting a £95K into a new manual car
