Why is my on board computer staying on ?

Hi new to this stuff

could any body shed some light on my problem

when I take out the ignition key the computer stays on and the gear light

my car is tiptronic

Does any body know why this is happening

I think they all do that.

My 993 did it and went off after about 30+ secs. It might be linked to the time delay on the door lights and/or when you lock the car on the central locking may shut it off early :dont know:
 
I Think I may have short circuited my OBC as I accidently connected my positive booster terminal to the negative on the battery for a couple of seconds , so probably need new OBC
