Just wondering what's causing this, also clicking on the "Contact Us" link doesn't give any info? :eek:

Could you advise what browser and version number you are using

if you refresh the screen does it still remain ?
 
I've used google chrome since last year as this started to happen and never seemed to fully go away. And it was constantly asking for password every time. Never had any issues with Chrome.
