996 turbo 2003 - Can anyone tell me which suspension/spring?

I'm confused on whether these springs mean i have the M030 U.S or M030 ROW suspension - Porsche tell me it left the factory with a standard (non sports) suspension....but i am unsure what that means!

Basically i want to replace rear shocks and mounts but not sure which suspension i have, allowing me to order these.

Any tips or advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Apparently there is a code list relating to the paint marks on the coils. THe 2nd mark on the lower coil should give the type ?

FRONT White
REAR Red / purple

That's as far as i can get.....

Some reading here but nothing particularly helpful

I think i will order the Bilstein 4's, for 'standard' suspension and see how i get on.

Presumably if the new shock is the same size as the old one i will remove, this means i have the correct part ?
