Hi, does anyone know were there's a 996 Turbo S 450 BHP for sale, thanks Noel

I'd be interested to find out what the 'going rate' is as I have a 996 Turbo S cabrio and always good to understand where the market is at....

Strong money these days on the 996 turbo. If a 2005 Turbo S tip is that much, I wonder how much the much rarer 2005 Turbo with manual gearbox would be?

MC

It is not a Turbo S - it is an normal 996T Tiptronic - about 99.9% of Turbo S are 2005

Don't know if this is still up for sale - Tiptronic

This one has been advertise for ages.....months if not a year. Weird.
A good 996TT get sold very quickly these days so a Turbo S mot selling is a bit suspicious.

Really? Surely too pricey but happy if that's really how prices are going.

Well....

No longer for sale anyway - IF the car was solid with no issues, then the price was not crazy - however, if it was hiding a few gremlins....

I have one...... but not for sale I'm afraid.

I have been offered very strong money (by a local collector, more than anything I have seen advertised) for my car....which I believe is very rare, for the spec:

2005 -"05"
Turbo S - Coupe
Manual
Black/Black
Hard back sports seat
Full aero kit
Sport Tech alloys
27,000 on the clock
Looks better than new!

It does put a smile on my face, every time I pull her out of the garage.

What is it really worth??...who knows....real ones are pretty hard to find!

I was told that 600 coupe were made worldwide and 40 or so came to the UK? So a manual with the other bits on mine....might mean that there could be one or two similar cars on the road.....??

IceBoy

PS. Going for an evening drive through Berkshire/Buckinghamshire tonight after work!!

:D

The Northway car is very cheap if it's really 22k miles. Given the way the market is going, I would be asking at least 50k for my black/black manual Turbo S coupe if I was selling it today, even with a healthy 67k miles on the clock.

Noel - if you can live with the interior colour this car is very cheap for a Turbo S

Mike

Interior colour change is a very straightforward 'fix'. Changing leather colour is easy and a competent DIY're could do it themselves, but even sending to one of the many specialists wouldn't be too pricey. The interior trim is also all available, much of it interchangeable with a less expensive Boxtser. :dont know:

Sadly I know all this as I came close to buying a 996 turbo in black with cinnamon interior. It'd a great spec and provenance but I gave up on it as it had just too many miles (75k). The interior had put me off until I found out it was a day's work to change it plus the leather re-dye. Not worth it then but on a £53k car perhaps a strong bargaining point
