I am trying to work out what problems I have with my alarm. There are 2 issues, the car does not respond to the remote, locking with key is fine. And there is a single beep when locking indicating that an alarm loop is open. Durametric gives the following:

My understanding is that if the Status says "Not present" then that fault no longer exists or am I wrong? I am unable to clear alarm fault codes with this version!

Can no one tell me if "not present" means that the fault is no longer there? There must be a Durametric expert here somewhere!
