Hi all anybody had any dealings with this company. Seem to be selling a few and could be interested in one of the GT3 up for sale
Thanks

Went there to view a car, they have some nice metal.

My impression was that they're not specialists in any particular marque and won't know as much as Porsche specialists. Didn't know too much about the history of the car in question either, they just kept referring to the fact that it came with an AA warranty.

Didn't buy anything from them so can't comment further, but as always buy the car, not the dealer.

Interesting reading, wondered why the testimonials on the site was empty
Thanks

Thanks, just shows best to check before getting too involved with dealer. Always wonder why they leave so many pics of sold cars on web

Guess people do that to show the calibre of cars that they sell/have sold.

Makes them look more prestigious I imagine.

Is it a name change? Aylesbury Street Motors - ASM

British Petroleum - BP
British Aerospace - BAE
British Telecom - BT

Hmm all my examples got rid of British in their title, interesting...

Ooh Porsche Centre Byfleet - Porsche Centre Brooklands!

If you wanted to research a garage that you were going to buy a car from, what name are you going to use?

The one on their website/signage or the name that they previously traded under?

If they have poor reviews when you google them, do you not think that a name change would hide all these?

ASM are not a registered with Companies House but Aylesbury Street Motors are. They were called CMC VEHICLE SOLUTIONS LIMITED back in 2011 too.

Their Director is Ralph Thompson, he has 55 director appointments. 48 current and 7 dissolved. Of the 48 current, 33 are non trading.

Aylesbury Motors company number is 07402961, and they will be going under soon:

18/11/2014 Suspension of striking off letter
09/10/2014 Dissolution (First Gazette)
17/12/2013 Suspension of striking off letter
31/10/2013 Dissolution (First Gazette)

No need for the 'clever' reply making people look like fools, but the dude asked for info on a Company and I gave it to him.

I would never buy a car from them. Dodgy place .......Nice show room, some nice cars and others to avoid. The staff.......wouldn't trust them.
