I know a lot of members will have seen this before and I've also read posts on here, before the 991 Targa came out, about how they don't like them, etc.

But I cant's stop looking at them and think they're proper smart.

Want big time but doubt I'll ever see one for sale at the right price!!

Looked nice when I looked round one in the showroom.

Mechanism is bonkers, and it's attached to a 991, which doesn't float my boat.

Honestly, there was a thread where I mentioned deep face lifts etc, and there is a cliché to drop when discussing 911 design that the current designers are lazy, but just take a look at the end three above.

Whoever dialled those gens in from the beach had the easiest job in the wold.
 
isnt that the whole point of a 911, the fact that its hardly changed (looks wise) and you can see the lineage through the generations.
thats the reason i love the 911 so much, that if you park a 2015 car next to a 1966 car, you can see there from the same family.
i hope they dont change the iconic shape ever....
