FVD Brombacher

FVD - Internet Orders?

Just tried to order a couple of parts from FVD but when I get to the payment bit and hit continue to pay the web page goes to the general front type of shop page?

Anybody had problems with their web ordering?

Just tried via my iPad and it gets to the Paypal page ok via that one but then I set up the payment and click 'continue' it does exactly the same?

Strange!

I have e-mailed them........
 
Fvd can be a real pain to do business with. Nice stuff but their communication is terrible. I had to resort to leaving messages on their Facebook page before getting answers.

No answer to my e-mails...........

Seems I may have to spend my money elsewhere.
 
Have you tried ordering or contacting via the US side, think it's Rhonda over there and she gets good feedback on rennlist. Just don't understand companies who fail so miserably in taking money we want to give them...
 
Will give it a go Stuart - no biggie if I buy over here as I was not saving a huge amount but the hassle seems to be negating the savings!
 
Well it looks as though FVD are not wanting my money after all.

Poor show all round.
 
Used them for years - good kit and good service at all times.

They do(rare) front steel quality zimmerman rotors for the 996 mkII and 996 GT2 350mm(handy if you want to keep your Pccb rotors in top nick) when paired with rear steels. Just 140 euro's each
