My pride & joy. the 59.......

Superb car to have, and great garage.

You say it is open to the public, maybe a group of us could come over in 2014.

When does you winter end? When would be a good time to visit?

It´s plausable to visit our estate.

May and June is icefree.

Do we have to be able to sing? (that didn't stop them making the film  )

it has beauty, in a functional form way

the 1985 prototype was the most beautiful, I wonder if it is possible to get those dish alloy wheels?

1320 miles from my house to Stokholm.

I mentioned it the :thewife: , showed her the route.

We have to go through Denmark.

"F**k you, I've always wanted to go to Denmark, visit Copenhagen, see the statue", she said.

I thought it was Venice, Florence etc that she always wanted to go to. :dont know:

Perhaps the best route would be to recreate the Trotters 'To Hull and Back' escapade. Naturally the route takes you through Amsterdam

I'm in. :thumb:

But I will definitely not be able to go to Stockholm without a passenger!

My wife has been badgering me to take her there for a couple of years. :frustrated:

Porsche 959

Love the 959 even though the looks seem to of dated a little, it is one of the best cars even produced.

There no pleasing some people. :floor:

Couldn't find "in the dog house" Emoticon, we may be needing this one a lot more from now on.

No Castles , just an big showroom with collector cars.

Yes the design is old, but the car has an extremly low airflow resistans and do not need any wings or spoilers to keep the car Quick and on the ground.

The dished Wheel centers are just an hubcap, covering the five spoke Wheel in the back.
Can be an different spoke design on those, but i have bought an set of BBS rennen Wheels in 18 inch.
Have not tried them out yet.
BBS made two sets of these special centers for the 59.
The other set is in Los Angeles.

The hexagon in the center is for keeping the tool in Place.

Will change the color and polish the lip later on.

This is ticking some fairly strong boxes, I'm up for this.
