Leaking window to top seals on 944S2 Cabriolet

I've got a 1989 944S2 Cabriolet where I have a problem with the seals between the cab top and side windows are leaking in several places.
When trying to find new seals I found that they are ridiculously expensive.

So I'm trying to come up with some ideas on some way of bolstering up the seals so they press tight against the windows.

Anyone else experienced this and have some ideas for a fix? :?:

give porsh-apart a call on 01706 824053
if they cannot help you could try using black foam which is used to
insulate copper pipes in a home central heating system.Get a 20mm
diametre one and attach it to the soft top.Just a thought.Good luck.
