They've already taken a deposit on it.
High miles though.

might be better than a garage queen which has done 2000 mile short, cold engine runs..

Could be an ex- demo. good value, I have to say.

still seems cheap @ £54k, ive e-mailed them

This one is £59,999 and only 18k miles @ 2009 (vs £54k with 62k miles @ 2010)

Now I'm really depressed

i was hyper excited at £45k, mildly aroused at £54k, back to the real world at £60k.

I have been looking at adverts for 997 turbos between £40-£50k, think i'll wait to see what january brings in terms of where the prices are.

They've got another one coming in. Same colour, slightly higher miles and spec at he same money.

Do not touch with a barge pole...... I just checked the plate out as I thought the car looked familiar and I was correct...... This has had a lot of not very careful owners (me being one of them, for about 1 hour). The car belonged to dream car hire and has had the living daylights ragged out of it every day of its life from a cold start!

I even remember turbo packing up on our day out when someone else was driving it. So if they're getting another one in make sure the previous owner isn't dream car hire.

Wow, that could be a very good catch there JD

If it is what you say it is then only the very brave (or stupid) would part with the best part of 60k for a ticking bomb lke that - especially when GT4 may have identified a much better prospect for similar money...

Still, whether ragged or not it's a very sobering thought that so much performance can be had for so little, or rather, how depressing for us numpties that bought new
