Finally received the driving experience offer at Silverstone although they do not have the 991 until February.

Bit hesitant to go in the cold, should I just wait till April?
Morning or afternoon? Take the missus?

April probably best, do a morning session else you might get caught in the rush hour on the way home.

Take the missus if she doesn't mind waiting around, but she'll be able to watch you round the track from either the main dining area, or maybe from the roof terrace if it's open. If she takes any pics make sure you post them :thumb:

How did you get that?

A definite wait please. Take your misus, do the driving AM/ then lunch. (avoid a full tummy before the experience):thumb:

Comes free with every new car (or technically every new car deposit , been on three, haven't yet had a new Porsche :bandit:)

Just to offer an alternative view I went PM (last session of the day).

It was late summer so warm and dry, had a light afternoon tea and then got going; the best thing was I had the whole place to myself and got about an extra 20 mins in with some 'hot' laps from the instructor. Simply brilliant.

I did the 'Evolution 911' course and really enjoyed it.
