aero kit side skirts

hi all

ive just bought some genuine aero kit side skirts from ebay for my 996 carrera 4, they came with two alloy strips and a number of screws that appear to be for attaching the skirt to the underside of the car

what i need to know is how are these skirts fixed to the car and is any drilling of the body work needed ?

i would appreciate if anyone can answer this for me

from what parts i have said i have does it seem that i have the correct
