Phone them back restating your cause then say you'll take the car to OPC west Byfleet instead, not much further travelling. If you have to pay for it then make it known that you'll no longer be using their service centre as this is a Porsche fault, your money will be spent at another OPC or even Indy...

Thanks guys talked to the service manager at Porsche West Byfleet he says he will do it for a drink £20 for his technician.
