Rear Spring Removal questions

I have managed to break a rear drivers side spring, found a replacement and had a look at whats involved in swapping the unit out, question is how easy is it to remove the rear interior trim panel in the car to get at the top of the shock?

if any one could send me a quick link on a how to with some pics that would be appreciated.
