HELP - Rubber Rim falling out - what would you do?

The rubber rim - underneath the front of the car - I suppose to protect from speed bumps etc keeps coming off.

I can clip it back in, but the same thing has happened a few times.

Could glue it in - but that could cause other probs - so should I just get it replaced?

Anyone else come across this?
