Putting ECU into shipping mode ?

I am shipping my 2008 C4S from the states to the UK by RoRo. I have been told a few horror stories about Porsches being mistreated by the drivers at the docks.

Can anybody tell me how to put the engine ECU back into "shipping" mode which apparantly is the way Porsche delivers the cars to the dealers. My dealer in the States does not know how to do it.

I read REVO in their software allows reactivation of the factory shipping mode. I plan on getting a Durametric so that I can put the ECU back into normal mode
