Yes, they fixed the aircon noise, fixed the broken glovebox latch, did an invisable fix with the mark on the glovebox and it's booked in this coming week to get the 'ding' mended. I've just been taking some before pics of the colour match between panels just in case...
I also may have raised my voice slightly in a packed showroom and there may have also been the odd vein popping out my forehead but it all seems to be getting sorted :thumb:
As a side note, they've got a lovely white 997GT3 for £77k in there :worship:

Nothing wrong with raising your voice a bit (as long as you do not go to the extreme and situation gets out of control etc). From my experience it almost always works. (assuming you do not use abusive language and ensure that the attack is not directed to a specific person but to the situation/system you are in etc)
Hope that all the problems are going to be sorted
