Cant say enough good about opc sutton coldfield, upon inspection could not renew warranty because of lines on screen, sat nav had developed a problem. To fix was £1500 after a large moan all I paid was labour £80 for a brand new unit. Old warranty doesn;t cover sat nav but as the new one does has to be ok
